Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.



The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.



*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community. No over-sized vehicles or vehicles with decals with logos.

Step outside and enjoy your private backyard with a saltwater pool, spa, and fire pit—set up for both daytime lounging and relaxed evenings. The outdoor space is designed to make the most of the desert climate, with plenty of room to unwind.



The home has been thoughtfully updated throughout, including major systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, creating a comfortable and reliable stay. Additional features include central air and heating, in-home laundry, and a finished garage with an EV charger.



Located in the heart of Palm Desert, you're just a short drive from El Paseo, shopping, dining, and local attractions.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location.

Casa Verano is located in North Palm Desert, a quiet residential area with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions.



Just a short drive away is El Paseo, often referred to as the “Rodeo Drive of the Desert,” featuring upscale shops, restaurants, art galleries, and design studios along a walkable stretch.



Palm Desert also offers a mix of outdoor and cultural experiences, including The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, a popular attraction with over 500 animals and botanical exhibits set across desert landscapes.



For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby trails and natural areas provide hiking and scenic views of the surrounding mountains, while golf courses, parks, and local events are all within a short drive.



The home is centrally located, making it easy to explore Palm Desert and nearby cities like Palm Springs, Indian Wells, and La Quinta.



Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, including the outdoor areas.



Utilities are included up to a monthly allowance. Any overages may be billed to the guest or deducted from the security deposit.



This is a residential neighborhood. No parties or events are allowed, and we ask that guests respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times.



Only registered guests are allowed at the property. Please provide a complete guest list prior to arrival.
