Designed with families in mind, the home comfortable sleeps 6 guests and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing getaway. Enjoyed ducted air conditioning throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi and Foxtel, plus a wall mounted flat screen TV for cosy movie nights after day at the beach.
If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.
Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
