Villa Buena Vida is a luxury golf-view residence in the exclusive Porta Fortuna Golf Villas within Punta Mita. This private villa features 4 bedrooms—three with king beds and a bunk room with two queens and two twins—plus staff quarters. Enjoy a private pool and jacuzzi, outdoor dining with BBQ, and a spacious terrace overlooking the golf course. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, open living areas, and golf cart for easy access to beaches, marina, and restaurants.



BEDROOM AND BATHROOM DESCRIPTION:

Master Suite.- An elegant and serene retreat featuring a king-size bed, warm ambient lighting, and sophisticated neutral tones with marble accents. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes double marble vanities, a double glass-enclosed rainfall shower, private WC, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub, creating a spa-like experience.

Bedroom 2.- Beautifully appointed guest suite with a king-size bed and TV. The private ensuite bathroom features premium finishes, marble surfaces, and a spacious walk-in shower, offering comfort and privacy.

Bedroom 3.- Another stylish guest suite with a king-size bed and TV. The ensuite bathroom includes elegant fixtures, marble details, and a modern walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room.- Designed for families or groups, this spacious bunk room features two queen beds and two twin beds. The room includes its own private ensuite bathroom with upscale finishes and a walk-in shower.

Staff Bedroom.- Separate service bedroom with a single bed and private ensuite bathroom, ideal for staff accommodation.

Punta Mita Beach Club Fee Policy

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities.

Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.
