Everything is close and walkable from here, which makes this a great base for exploring Christchurch without a car. If you do drive, free on-street parking can be difficult to secure in the CBD. We recommend using one of the nearby paid car parks for a hassle-free option.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$50+GST per hour.
