The Space:

Step inside and feel instantly at ease in this relaxed coastal apartment designed for comfortable holiday living. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area creates a welcoming space to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together. Large sliding doors open out to the private balcony overlooking the resort gardens, allowing fresh coastal breezes and natural light to flow through the apartment.



The living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and air conditioning to keep the space cool on warm Sunshine Coast days. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy holiday meals, offering an electric stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and plenty of storage space. The dining area for six sits between the kitchen and living space, making shared meals and relaxed breakfasts easy.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 8 guests across three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): The main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe storage, and a private ensuite bathroom.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe cupboard.



Bedroom 3: Perfect for children, this bedroom features two bunk beds with four single beds in total, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe storage.



Bathroom 2: The main bathroom includes a combined shower and bath, plus a vanity and a separate toilet.



Laundry: The internal laundry includes a front-loading washing machine and dryer, making longer stays easy and practical.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit on the 3rd level accessible via a lift, please note there is two steps to access the unit inside. There is one secure parking space in the undercover complex garage. Enjoy access to excellent shared facilities including a sparkling lagoon-style heated swimming pool with spa, a full-size tennis court, half basketball court, air-conditioned gym, sauna, and beautifully maintained gardens.

David Low Way provides direct access to nearby areas including Coolum Beach, Maroochydore, and Noosa. The closest bus stop is David Low Way at Sunset Strip, Marcoola, just 250m away and approximately a four minute walk, offering services in all directions across the Sunshine Coast.

Interaction with Guests:

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
