The upper level is accessed via a furnished deck and opens to a bright, beachy/nautical living space with wood floors, an L-shaped sofa with queen sleeper, accent chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining area for six. The gourmet kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a spacious island with seating, and a farmhouse-style sink—ideal for preparing elaborate meals. The master suite includes a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom also offers a Queen bed and an adjacent bathroom.
