Just five minutes from the charming town of Lancefield, you're never far from a great café, a cellar door, or a local pub.

This generously proportioned, recently renovated farmhouse sits within 50 acres of native farmland with bush surrounds. The property features panoramic views stretching across open pasture to the tree line beyond. The property has been thoughtfully designed to bring the outside in — with large windows framing the landscape and expansive verandas that invite you to linger over a long lunch or watch the evening light fade over the hills.

Bring the whole family — four-legged members included! Pets are welcome on application. The property features a fenced backyard suitable for most dogs, though please note it may not contain very athletic jumpers or tiny breeds like chihuahuas. For the safety of your dog, please ensure they remain on a lead at all times when exploring the wider property — horses and dogs can be an unpredictable mix, and we want to make sure everyone stays safe and has a great time!

Our property is home to horses that live in the paddocks. To keep everyone safe and happy, please take a moment to read the following:
• Fences – Please do not duck under or climb through any fences on the property, as some are electric.
• Paddocks – Horses can be unpredictable, so please do not enter occupied paddocks. You're welcome to pat them over the fence, but be mindful that they can nip!
• Exploring – Feel free to explore through open gates — paddocks with no horses will have their gates left open for guests to enjoy.
• Horse care visits – The property owner will check in on the horses periodically.
• Come say hi! – The horse shed area is located approximately 150 metres from the main residence. If the owner is down there and you'd like to meet the horses up close, you're more than welcome to come down and say hello — though you'll most likely have the property to yourself!
