The Bay House is a clean, comfortable older-style bay front house that has not been recently renovated. If you’re looking for a modern designer home this may not be the right fit, but if you’d enjoy a simple, relaxed coastal stay close to the water, it’s a great option.

Built for holiday relaxation the decor, kitchen and bathroom are original rather than modern (photos accurately reflect the decor). The Bay House accommodates up to seven guests. It enjoys a layout of three bedrooms. Two hold comfortable queen beds, while the third is outfitted with three cosy single beds.

Perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxed and affordable beach getaway in Callala Bay without the price tag of a newly renovated home.

Designed with convenience in mind, the property features a bathroom with a separate vanity and toilet, perfect for families to refresh in after a day of exploring.

Enjoy cosy evenings by the glowing fireplace, or step out onto the bay for a moonlit beach walk. With a location that allows quick access to local attractions, the bay and boat ramp, you can have a waterfront holiday experience without venturing far.

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
