Ein charmantes kleines gelbes ZiegelsteinhĂ€uschen aus den 70er Jahren hat direkten Zugang zum Strand von Warrain von hinten oder von der Vorderseite zum lebensrettenden Club (2 HĂ€user weiter die Straße hinunter). Ein großer hinterer Balkon mit Blick auf den Warrain Beach, wo Sie die meiste Zeit am Strand verbringen können, wenn Sie nicht schwimmen. Culburra ist ein erholsamer Vorort. Im Sommer ist Culburra voller Menschen. Im Winter und Herbst verlangsamt sich dies nur fĂŒr die Einheimischen (gute Zeit, um ein Wochenende außerhalb der Stadt zu verbringen).

Vacation

It was absolutely perfect. The cottage has everything you need - it’s really right on the beach. You can walk to the beach via a small path in the garden or along the road (past the surf club). Both ways are less than 3 minutes. On the terrace you can see the sunrise over the sea every morning. In the evening you can sit comfortably outside and let the evening end while listening to the waves. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. There is enough space throughout the house. The place itself is rather quiet, just the right thing for us. There is a supermarket where you can get everything you need. You also have the possibility to go out to eat, if you do not want to cook yourself. The people in the village are all super friendly and in the morning you can talk to the fishermen on the beach. Culburra is ideally located for day trips to the surrounding countryside or even to drive to a larger city. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The communication with the landlord was totally uncomplicated and Luke is very friendly. Here again many thanks Luke 😌

We have stayed at Warrain Cottage more than a few times in recent years because we just love everything about it. So fortunate to be able to bring my sister and husband who live in the USA recently for a few days. The first thing she said on arrival was “I can see why you love it here”. Beautiful views, direct beach access, clean and well set up house with everything you need. Enjoy all the updates the owner makes each time we stay. Can’t wait to be back!

We love this cottage and location, the local area is stunning, not to mention the view that greets you each day. We loved watching the whales heading back down south with their babies, walks and swimming at the beach and lake. The house is well equipped and so comfortable. Hoping to book again!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed this cosy little cottage by the sea. Well appointed, comfortable and clean. Beautiful grassed area, bush land and view of the ocean, a little trail that takes you down to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place

Luke's place though a bit older has all the amenities and the owner has spent money upgrading the facilities and appliances. The crockery and pots pans were all there. Unlike other places which have 6 cups and 10 Saucers ! The other consumables were all topped up even the Mosquito repellent and Firelighter. The place is literally walking distance from the beach and one can hear the waves breaking on the shore. We were very happy with the stay and would go back another time.

Great holiday at Culburra

A very enjoyable time was had at Luke's property. We spent the time just chilling out and enjoying the sea view out the back. Walks along the beach were a hi-light! Photos tell it all and it is a wonderful location, and well equipped property with provisions and cookwear. Highly recommended

A great little hidden treasure

WOW - fabulous weekend stay - we had our Grandchildren with us and the went to bed exhausted with everything that is available to do. This is one of the best located stayz we have had. After living in Culburra Beach for 7 years, I've had to move back to Sydney for work. So I decided to allow others enjoy the superb lifestyle, which is Culburra, and put my house up for holiday rental.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Culburra is heaven. The house is small enough to be cosy and not over whelming, yet comfortable enough to be enjoyed either indoor or out. Its a real family home, with open space living, kitchen dining, and meals. So much natural sunlight in the house. But the real fun happens on the deck. I find myself spending 90% of my home time on the deck, reading, working, eating, living. With views of the ocean, a wine & cheese board is best enjoyed on the deck. Let the kids run in the yard, while you enjoy a relaxing summers day. With a private access path to and from the beach, your day will be spent, swimming in the beach, and relaxing on the deck.
