A calm, modern bush retreat designed with riders and small groups in mind, just minutes from Nannupâs trail network. This three-bedroom home (one of 2 on the property) is a perfect base for mountain cyclists chasing long days on the bike and quiet nights off it â polished concrete floors, generous space to unwind, and fast Starlink internet for route planning, uploads or remote work. Wake to bush views and a still dam, ride world-class trails by day, then return to hot showers, a proper BBQ and relaxed outdoor dining surrounded by trees. With flexible bedding for groups, secure off-street parking and easy access to town, itâs ideal for riding crews who want comfort, calm and convenience without the fuss.

Bikes & riding gear
Bikes are not permitted inside the house at any time. Please use the provided areas for bike storage, cleaning and maintenance only. Helmets, shoes and muddy riding gear must also remain in those areas.
Polished concrete floors
The floors are mechanically polished concrete and highly durable, however grit and dirt can mark the surface over time. Please remove shoes on entry and ensure riding shoes and dusty gear are kept outside.
Bush setting
The house is surrounded by native bush and wildlife. Please respect the environment, do not disturb animals, and keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings.
Fire safety
No open fires or fire pits. All local fire restrictions must be observed.
Guests & occupancy
Maximum of 6 guests only. No parties, events or additional visitors without prior approval.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.
Dam & water safety
The dam is a natural, unfenced water body. Swimming, drinking or use of dam water is strictly prohibited.
BBQ & outdoor areas
Please clean the BBQ after use and return outdoor furniture to its original position.
Care & departure
Please leave the house tidy, place rubbish in the correct bins, and report any damage or issues promptly.
