Welcome to South Yarra Sanctuary, a private and quiet four-bedroom home designed for relaxed inner-city living. Light-filled and spacious, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flows seamlessly to both an internal courtyard and the rear outdoor deck, creating beautiful indoor-outdoor connection and plenty of space to unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped for easy entertaining, while the flexible layout comfortably accommodates families or groups. Downstairs includes a queen bedroom, a shower for guests, full laundry and a convenient powder room. Upstairs you’ll find the remaining bedrooms, including the impressive master suite with king bed, walk-in robe and a beautifully appointed ensuite featuring double vanities, rain shower and a large luxurious bathtub. An additional queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with two single beds complete the upper level.

Outdoor living is just as inviting, with a backyard deck offering a daybed, outdoor dining for six and an electric Weber BBQ, while the internal courtyard provides a sunny spot for morning coffee.

Perfectly positioned in vibrant South Yarra, the home is moments from the restaurants and shopping along Toorak Road, a short walk to Chapel Street and just 350m to train and tram stops. Many of Melbourne’s major sporting venues are within a 30-minute walk, making it an ideal base for the Australian Open, Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival and AFL season — with plenty of bars and dining options to enjoy along the way.

Pet (1) welcome with prior arrangement.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
