Welcome to this epic St Kilda Rooftop Retreat, a spacious property designed for large groups looking to stay right in the heart of lively St Kilda. With seven bedrooms and three bathrooms, this property comfortably sleeps up to 21 guests, making it ideal for group getaways, celebrations or reunions.

The highlight of the property is the expansive rooftop terrace — a fantastic space to gather together for meals, drinks and relaxed evenings before heading out to enjoy St Kilda’s vibrant bars, restaurants and nightlife. Inside, the home focuses on comfortable sleeping arrangements and shared spaces for groups to come together.

A kitchenette is available with a small air fryer, fridge and basic preparation essentials, ideal for quick breakfasts or late-night snacks (please note there is no full kitchen).

Please note that from July 2026, the property will be updated to a six-bedroom layout to include a dedicated indoor living and dining space.

Located in the heart of St Kilda, you’ll be surrounded by cafés, bars and restaurants along Barkly Street, Acland Street and Fitzroy Street. St Kilda Beach, Luna Park and the Esplanade are all within walking distance, with trams nearby for easy access to Melbourne’s CBD and major sporting venues.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
