☀️ Right by the beaches ☀️ 90m2 on the Croisette

Come to Cannes and take advantage of the best location to enjoy the city right here on the Croisette, just a few steps from the Port Canto harbor and the famous Palm Beach shops!

Inside the apartment you will find:

- A beautiful living room with a lounge area where to relax on the sofa or lounge chair, watching the flat-screen TV with a drink and/or snacks on the coffee table. But if you like the outdoor, you can access the terrace with its own lounge chairs and a dining area that can accommodate 6 people.

- A large separate kitchen with everything you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?) as well as everything else one can find in a modern well-equipped kitchen (even things you never imagined). There is direct access to the terrace from here as well.

- A first bedroom with a queen size bed, and access to a veranda (the perfect bedroom for parents who are looking for the perfect vacation).

- A second bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (so much fun for kids, teenagers, or adults who like beds just for themselves), as well as a double bed (for adults who still want a larger bed). All this with a flat-screen TV and access to the veranda as well.

- One full bathroom with tub and toilets.

- A second bathroom with shower.

- And of course, outside the apartment, the wonderful terrace with its amazing view of the sea and its patio set furniture.

Some highlights:

- Air conditioning system, to keep everyone comfortable when needed.
- Double-pane windows, for maximum comfort.
- High-speed wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

And, as a bonus:

- House linen is provided (bed sheets, bath towels, bath rug, kitchen towels).
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (and yes, including coffee).

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few steps down your street, the Boulevard de La Croisette, you will be able to pick your favorite destination, within less than 2 and a half minutes on foot (or way more if you decide to walk on your hands):

- Get to Bijou Plage beach to do some skinny dipping or sit at a table outdoors and savor the catch of the day.
- If not into fish, you can opt to go to Jean-Jean’s and try one of their specialty pizzas.
- Convince your family (or your friends, your neighbors…) to go for a pétanque game at the Place de l’Etang plaza.
- Completely change scenery and go get some sun on one of the park benches at the Jardin des Hespérides garden.

And if you want to take your car, in less than 10 minutes you can:

- Go take a selfie (don't worry, everyone does it) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go work if you are on business).
- Board a train for an unknown (or known) destination.
- Use your imagination while walking around the city center but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a table at a vegan, Indian or Chinese restaurant. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
