Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay in our cozy private basement suite located in the beautiful community of Coral Springs NE, Calgary. Our home is just minutes from the airport, shopping, and convenient public transit, with buses running every 10 minutes until midnight to McKnight LRT.

Whether you’re visiting for business, exploring the city, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, our quiet neighborhood and convenient location make it the perfect place to stay while discovering Calgary. The suite is located in the basement and can be accessed by going down four steps to the private entrance.

This is a newly built and legally certified basement suite, thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable stay. The suite features two good-sized bedrooms and a full shared bathroom, making it ideal for up to four guests.

A separate laundry space with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Guests will access the suite through the pathway along the side of the house. As you arrive, turn immediately to the left side of the house, where you will find the stairs leading down to the private basement entrance. You will enter the suite using your personal keypad entry code.

We are a family of three adults living upstairs, and we do our best to maintain a quiet and respectful home environment. You can expect minimal noise and a peaceful atmosphere, as it is very important to us that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
