Playa Buye beachfront condo with rooftop terrace and pool

Minimum of 30 day rentals only. The condo is located right by the beach, has 1 pool and 1 splashpad. It has 2 floors: On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 outside patio areas (one of the patios is overlooking the pool area and ocean). There is a staircase inside the condo leading to the breezy rooftop terrace (also overlooking the ocean), with a lot of additional seating, and also a full bathroom.

The condo is equipped with a BBQ, 4 foldable beach chairs, 12 beach towels, bathroom towels, a laundry/dryer. There is wireless internet, a DVD player. There are 4 TVs (1 in living room, 1 in each bedroom), all Roku set-up (you can access Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc).

The condominium is fully gated. There is a family-friendly bar right by the beach as well as a kayak/boat rental within 2 minute walking distance. Buye Beach is beautiful! Turquoise, calm and warm water, no rocks.

Note, due to condominium rules, a renter needs to sign the 30-day Puerto Rico rental agreement (standard contract), linked under "rental agreements", starting in September 2021.

Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Cabo Rojo Apartment!

We stayed for an entire month in a lovely apartment in Cabo Rojo, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was beautiful—actually even more than we expected—and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Tina, our host, was absolutely amazing: kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and care. Thank you, Tina, for making our time in Cabo Rojo so special. We would love to return!

Buye Beach Condo

If you’re interested in the west coast puerto rico beach vibe then this is your place! whether its the two steps to Buye beach or the short drive to Crash Boat or Sucia you’ll be treated to the blue green waters of the Caribbean. This condo is the perfect home base for a multigenerational gathering. With access to great restaurants or well stocked grocery stores, necessities are close by. The host, Tina, has thought of everything and anything you need for the beach, the kitchen, or basic comfort. Tina is totally 100% there for her guests with timely communication. The condo complex is gated and has meticulously maintained grounds that include a large pool with separate wading pool. If you rent here you’ll be very happy you did!

Amazing condo with awesome views

I can’t say enough about this place! Tina, the host, is fabulous to work with, and she really wants to make sure you have a perfect stay in her condo. She goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Now, the place: This place is right on Buye Beach, and is huge. It’s on the third floor and has an elevator. It’s very clean and has a wide open layout with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The condo has 3 BRs, two of which have two queen beds in them. One of them has a door that goes out to the patio on that floor. Speaking of patios, there’s three: one off the living room, one off the kitchen, and then wait for it—a rooftop patio all your own! In itself, I figured the rooftop patio is probably 1200 square feet! It overlooks the Caribbean Sea, and it’s just fabulous. The condo has a basketball court and a great pool with umbrellas near the chairs. The people who stay there are extremely nice and are very helpful, should you have questions. Also, the beach has a bar and a restaurant that has everything you might want to eat. I highly recommend this place if you want to be in Buye Beach or near Boqueron! You also can’t find a nicer host!

Fully equipped, beautiful beach

Playa Buye is absolutely gorgeous! The apartment is big and has everything you could need and more. The owner is responsive to questions. Power went out but that has happened in almost all the places we stayed in PR. If you stay here take good care of it. Its a true gem!

Superb location right on the beach!!!

Tina’s apartment is a dream come true. My 6 year old son had a blast in the trampoline and the pool. The beach access is insuperable, you just walk down the stairs or take the elevator, 10 more steps and your are at the beach. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need. There are toys available for little kids, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, tent, cart, lifeguards, beach towels and even water shoes. Communication with Trina was great. The bbq is new, so we had BBQ meat almost every night. To stay here you need a car. The only suggestion I would make is to eventually change the mattress in the Master Bedroom, after 5 or 6 nights my back was aching. I will definitely be staying here again. You cannot beat the location and the beach access.

Can’t wait to come back!

This location is amazing and the space was great! Our family had a great time celebrating holidays together. We had everything we needed and Tina was a great hostess. She was very responsive and was very understanding when our original plans changed unexpectedly. This space was the perfect getaway for our family and we simply can’t wait to come back.
