Owners to be aware of their property status.
#1 Gaining entry was a disaster. There is a gate across the road from the property. which had around 10 realtor locks. one identified the apartment. This meant that in the dark (7:22 pm) we had to figure this out. I contacted Alex via text. It took more than an hour for him to respond. Some one was sent over who didn't know either which padlock it was either so he gave us his spare keys. #2 We checked everything when we entered and found that the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was black with mold, two closets in the master bedroom one had sliding doors off the tracks and the other had a tv and a toilet seat box in it. so they were using closets as storage. #3 The couch seating (patio furniture) was stained and not clean. Usually the covers can come off & be washed but this obviously had never been done. #4 The microwave was not working. I notified Alex and four days later they sent someone to deliver a new microwave and shower liners. #5 the place lists upon it's amenities an iron, I could not find one there. I forwarded this info to Alex and his replies were not the nicest. For example the microwave reply "well it was working before," Trying to gain entry to the location his reply was "Look in your prior text, I sent it days ago." I really don't think this is the proper way to respond to clients. Said he was talking to his partner about a discount. Never happened.The apartment is great but owners need to step up. Could be better. I have pictures of everything.
