Welcome to The Dune House, a spacious and inviting family-friendly home just steps from Papamoa Beach. Perfect for families or groups of up to ten, this relaxed coastal retreat combines comfort, practicality, and a location that puts the best of Papamoa right at your doorstep. It’s a home designed for creating memories - from lazy beach mornings to long, relaxed dinners on the deck.



Inside, the heart of the home is the kitchen and dining area, which open onto a sun-filled outdoor deck. Here you can enjoy morning coffee while listening to the sounds of the sea, host casual lunches, or simply relax with a book in the sunshine. The lounge is cosy and comfortable, complete with a Smart TV, offering a space to unwind after a day of sand, surf, or exploring the local area.



The home offers a variety of sleeping and bathroom options, making it ideal for families and groups of all sizes. The layout is practical and flexible, allowing everyone to find their own space to relax, read, or unwind. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach simple, and one small, non-shedding dog is welcome inside, so no one in the family has to miss out.



The location is what truly sets this home apart. A short walk brings you to Papamoa Beach, perfect for early morning swims, sunset walks, or building sandcastles with the kids. Just minutes away are Papamoa’s favourite spots, including The Plaza, Fashion Island, Lantern Restaurant, and The Island Brewery - one of our favourites. The Papamoa Surf Life Saving Club is a five-minute stroll, ideal for summer swims between the flags or attending local events. For those who love coffee or wellness, Mahana Loft is nearby for morning yoga or a relaxed catch-up. Active guests will enjoy the Papamoa coastal walking and cycling path, and Mount Maunganui is just a 15-minute drive away for boutique shopping, cafés, and coastal walks.

House Rules:



- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age

- Strictly no parties, gatherings or events

- Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am

- 1 non shedding dog negotiable, please enquire before booking



Important Note: Regarding your reservation, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
