Thanks to its privileged location, Condo Tukipa is just a 5-minute walk from the Pacífico Beach Club, one of the most family-friendly beach clubs in Punta Mita, ideal for families and children thanks to its relaxed atmosphere, direct beach access, and areas designed for guests of all ages. Additionally, the residence is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Fitness Center, where the tennis courts and gym are located.



The stay includes breakfast preparation service for up to ten (10) guests (food and beverages not included; additional charges apply for groups exceeding ten guests), as well as daily housekeeping service throughout the stay, ensuring a comfortable, well-cared-for, and worry-free experience.



Additionally, guests will have access to one (1) six-seater golf cart, ideal for getting around the community, as well as the Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to the resort’s exclusive private beach clubs, subject to the applicable resort fee.

Guest Access:

Punta Mita Beach Club Fee Policy

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities.

Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.

Getting Around:

Thanks to its privileged location, guests can easily get around by golf cart to access the private beach clubs, golf courses, restaurants, tennis courts, and fitness centers, all located within short distances throughout the community.



Additionally, Punta Mita is just minutes away from the charming town of Punta de Mita, where guests can enjoy local restaurants, boutiques, and authentic regional experiences, as well as other nearby destinations throughout the Riviera Nayarit. The Puerto Vallarta International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away, providing convenient and easy access.

House Rules:

•No Smoking.

•No pets allowed.

•Suitable for children (2-12 years).

•Suitable for infants (less than 2).

•Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out.

•Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity.

•Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property.

•Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

•After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

•Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

•Eating is not allowed in the pool.

•Do not put food in the bedrooms.

•No shoes on sofas.



Interaction with Guests:

As a guest, you will enjoy the Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the Punta Mita community. Please note that the use of these amenities is subject to a mandatory daily resort fee, which covers the issuance of access cards and applies throughout the duration of your stay.



Among the main benefits is access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, all located directly on beautiful beaches and offering on-site restaurant service, available to vacation rental guests.



Additionally, the membership includes access to two world-class golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, both designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as access to the Tennis and Fitness Centers and over four miles of scenic walking and jogging trails throughout the Punta Mita community (additional fees apply).
