Family friendly, super clean & Cozy Walkout basement suite with all amentities
Walkout basement suite with high ceilings, full kitchen, separate laundry and free onsite parking. This cozy 1000 Sq Ft space is close to the mountains and steps away from childrenâs playground, walking trails, restaurants & grocery stores (Sobeys 1km, T&T 1.5km, Walmart and Coop 2km and Costco 3km away). If you are lucky, you can see the Northern Lights right from this property.
Free discovery pass (to be returned after use) saves you entry fee to enter Banff and all other National Parks.
The space
Park your vehicle on the driveway of the property and enter through a separate entrance into this walkout basement/guest suite. It is a no-shoe zone so please take your shoes off and enjoy the space that will be your home away from home. You will be amazed by the size of the living room where you can entertain yourself streaming Netflix/Prime/Spotify. There are also board games you can play but if you prefer to get some steps in while staying indoors, feel free to hop onto the treadmill and be physically active while enjoying the view of the backyard.
This open space also offers a kitchen that is fully equipped and a bathroom with a walk in shower and rain shower head.
In the bedroom, you will find a walk-in closet with extra duvets, a queen bed and a dedicated workspace.
For three or more guests, the living room sofa can be pulled into a queen size bed. For the fifth guest, we will put out a twin size mattress.
The washer dryers can be found in the furnace room in case you need to do laundry.
Please note that this space is a shoe free zone so we request that you take your shoes off when you enter to avoid any damage costs.
Discovery pass can be provided upon request and should be returned before check out. If the pass is not returned, penalty equivalent to the cost of the new pass will be charged to the guest.
Guest access
The storage area under the stairs will be the only space that guests can't access.
Other things to note
If you would be consuming pork and/or bacon, please let us know in advance. We discourage use of alcohol because we had a terrible experience with a few of our past guests.
