Thoughtfully styled and comfortable, the space offers easy living with a sunny lounge, a dedicated work-from-home nook and a well-equipped kitchen for simple meals at home. Heating and cooling provided through a split system. Off-street parking for one small car makes coming and going effortless.

The apartment features one peaceful bedroom with a queen bed, along with a queen sofa bed and a modern bathroom, ideal for couples or solo travellers wanting a calm base by the bay. Please note the property is not pet friendly.

Set in a fantastic Elwood location, you’re just moments from Elwood Village cafés and shops and a short stroll to the beach and foreshore walking paths — everything you need for an easy bayside escape.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
