As you enter the property you will find the front living area, greeted by the tropical feel that continues through the design of the home. There are sofas and foosball table to hang out, plus a workspace area with desk and chair.
The main living area is located at the rear of the home overlooking the pool deck. There are comfortable sofas and large screen smart TV with contemporary design.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
There is a breakfast bar for a quick bite, or share a meal together at the solid wood dining table.

The exterior private deck is elevated and has planted palms around the perimeter to ensure your own secluded oasis. Splash around in the pool or sink into the bubbling hot tub. Hot tub heating included at no charge March to September - pool heating available at an additional cost (new heater Feb 2026). BBQ rental available (3 burner $89 / 4 burner $99) upon advance request. There is a dining table and chairs under the covered shady area plus loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the day.

The home boasts two master bedrooms featuring king size beds, ceiling fans and blackout curtains. One of the king bedrooms features doors directly out to the pool deck. There is a nautical themed bunk room (twin above full - top bunk only suitable for child's weight), and a Mickey themed twin bedroom that the kids are sure to love. All bedrooms have smart TVs.

As a bonus, there is also a games / movie room that has AC. Challenge each other to a game of pool, watch a movie on the large screen TV with sound system, or bring your own games for the consoles (Playstation, Xbox, Wii).

Towels and linens are provided together with new washer and dryer for guest use.

Highgate Park is located off Hwy 27, near the crossing with Hwy 192, centrally located near stores, restaurants and golf courses. There is both a closeby Publix supermarket and large Walmart for groceries. Disney is around 15-20 mins drive and Universal around 35 mins. This particular sub-division of Legacy Park is a peaceful and gated neighborhood with tennis courts and children's playground overlooking the surrounding conservation area.

Located 2 minutes drive is Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix supermarket with a gas station, Applebee's, IHOP, Chinese takeaway, Irish bar, fish & chips, pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more...
Across the road from Berry Town Center is a large CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Twistee Treat Ice cream shop, etc.
