Located near the lake, park, pool, and South Town Center, and directly across the street from the pool, fitness center, and fire pit, Popp’s Place makes it effortless to settle into vacation mode.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a casual seaside bistro, an all-day café, and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The open concept living area is designed for gathering and relaxation. A large sectional paired with two swivel chairs and a substantial coffee table offers plenty of seating, while direct balcony access invites in coastal breezes. The dining table seats 10 comfortably, with additional bar seating for 4 at the spacious island, making it ideal for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening cocktails.

The kitchen is equipped with GE appliances and thoughtful extras including a beverage refrigerator and margarita machine to elevate your entertaining. High ceilings enhance the airy feel, while photocell porch lighting ensures a warm welcome each evening. Outdoor balconies feature patio seating and a grill, extending the living space outdoors for easy al fresco dining. A full size washer and dryer provide added convenience.

For entertainment, the home includes YouTube TV with access to ESPN and ESPN+, making it easy to catch the big game during your stay. Every bedroom, along with the bunkroom and main living area, includes a TV for added comfort. SLEEPING QUARTERS: Popp’s Place offers four bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature king beds with luxury comforters and private ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a spacious bunkroom with seven twin beds, a dedicated game table, and an Xbox, creating the ultimate kid friendly retreat. A separate hangout space gives younger guests room to spread out and unwind.

Three of the four bedrooms feature private balcony access, while the fourth shares access to the front porch. Every bedroom, along with the bunkroom and main living area, includes a TV for added comfort and entertainment.

GREAT FEATURES: This home is designed to make every guest feel at ease. It offers across the street access to the pool, fitness center, and fire pit, along with close proximity to the pickleball court and lake for fishing. Guests will appreciate the beverage refrigerator, margarita machine, Xbox and games, provided beach towels, outdoor grill, balcony seating, and polished coastal interiors. There are no exterior cameras, offering added privacy during your stay.

Popp's Place is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering the home, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
