The house is located at the back of Chan road soi 18, if you need a car parking space we can organize one for you in the soi. 3 bedrooms, 2 king size beds, 1 bunkbed and one sofa bed in the second floor living room allows for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and cooking utensils. Wine glasses, cutlery, crockery all provided. Dining table is in the first floor living area along with the television, netflix is provided. Welcome coffee is also provided. The second floor living area makes an excellent lounge and reading area (with plenty of reading material provided) but also comes equipped with a speaker.

Mellow Talk Coffee & Brunch, walk into soi 16 (walk past 7/11 and turn left into the wide street) in about 3 minutes you’ll see the cafe on your right.

Clubhouse Chan night-time spot - walk out of our soi and turn right, 5 minute walk on your left there are a couple of bars and restaurants, opposite condominium Fuse.

Tops Supermarket and fresh food market within 10 minutes walk (soi 18/7) worth checking out for true "local" Thailand market experience.

Able to walk 12 minutes to BRT rail-link Bus, Bus to Chongnonsi BTS Silom line is a 5 minute ride. Tickets for the BRT bus can be purchased online or with Rabbit card (bought at any BTS station), tickets for BTS purchased at the station or via Rabbit card.

Grab car, Bolt car or Taxi's are also available and can be caught from the House or from the mainroad.
