From the moment you enter through the private front gate, the home feels spacious, calm, and welcoming. Wide hallways, polished timber floors, high ceilings, and original fireplaces (inactive) reflect the home’s historic character, while modern furnishings and updates provide everything needed for a comfortable stay.



Living and dining areas:

The home offers two separate living areas, allowing guests to spread out and enjoy their own space. The main living room provides a relaxed setting with comfortable seating, Flat Screen Smart TV, beautiful natural light, and elegant heritage details. A second sitting area offers a quiet retreat overlooking the kitchen and pool area, ideal for reading, working, or unwinding.



The separate dining room features a large dining table positioned beside tall heritage windows, creating a bright and inviting space for shared fornal meals.

The newly renovated kitchen combines modern functionality with clean, timeless design. It includes:

There is a separate guest house located behind the pool which is securely locked and used for property storage only. This space is not accessible and is not occupied during guest stays.

Other than this locked storage area, the property is entirely yours to enjoy in complete privacy.

Bin collection is managed externally on a fortnightly basis. An authorised person may access the side of the house on Sundays to put bins out for Monday collection, and will return them inside the property on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Pool cleaning and maintenance is carried out by a local company once a month. They access the pool area via the side gate, between 9:30am and 3:30pm. Whilst we will try to keep these visits outside of when the property is occupied, this may not always be possible to delay. Guests will be notified prior to attendance if it is due to occur.
