The Space:

This spacious canal-front home offers four well-appointed bedrooms and a highly functional layout ideal for families or multiple couples. Two bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, while the other two share a modern ensuite, providing both comfort and privacy for group stays.



Designed for relaxed waterfront living, the home features a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area upstairs, complete with stunning canal views through large windows and coastal-inspired styling. Comfortable lounge spaces create the perfect setting to unwind after a day on the water. Downstairs, a separate games room provides excellent additional space, making it ideal for a kids’ retreat, casual entertaining, movie nights or board games. The dual-level design offers great separation, particularly suited to multi-family stays.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, quality appliances, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and dining items. Whether you're preparing a family dinner or putting together a grazing board for sunset drinks, you’ll have everything you need for effortless entertaining.



Outdoors, enjoy a peaceful waterfront outlook with your own private jetty and direct canal access for boating (BYO boat). It’s the perfect setting to embrace a true canal lifestyle, whether you're heading out on the water or simply relaxing by the view.

- From 3 pm onwards.

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.

- For guest safety, external security cameras are installed at the front entrance and at the back of the house overlooking the canal. These do not monitor any internal or private spaces.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- No parties or loud music at all times.

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.



RATE INCLUDES

- Bed linen and bath towels

- Complementary bathroom products including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.

- Kitchen basics including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil.

- Please note only starting amenities are supplied



PARKING

- There is free parking available at the property. A covered garage is also available and can host up to two cars.
