Ski In/Ski Out about 60 Steps to The Corridor Trail between Mary Jane & Gondola

Our Iron Horse "Slopeside" Condo is located on the 5th floor and about 60 steps from our door across the ski bridge to "The Corridor" Trail which leads to the Gondola. The property is registered with Winter Park Short Term Rental-Registration Number 007716

In the summer, we take a short walk up to Mary Jane Base Lodge and hike around the river or stroll down to Winter Park Village to ride the Gondola. At the top of the Gondola is "Sunspot" Lodge to grab lunch and a drink outdoor overlooking the incredible panoramic views of the continental divide. A number of trails are right off the Gondola and Sunspot Lodge waiting for you to hike or mountain bike. The Mountain Bike package is priced well for the inexperienced and experience biker.

In winter … say no more. We are a skiing/riding family that looks for the pow-pow. Winter Park has it!! This condo … steps away from it all.

An indoor/outdoor pool, 2 large outdoor hot tubs, steam room and brand new refurbished work out room are waiting to be enjoyed year-round. The facility also has a number of meeting places in lodge to sit by the fire, on the Sky Bridge to play chess/checkers and in the game room for table games, cards and host of other fun games for any group size. Short walk for the kids/adults to the tubing park. The village is also a short walk for dinning, gift shopping, and convenience store.
