William Cottage features ducted heating and cooling throughout the home, keeping every room comfortable through every season. Pedestal fans are also provided in Bedrooms 1 and 2 for additional airflow on warmer nights.

THE LOCATION:

Set on a residential pocket of William Street within the Bathurst CBD, the cottage places you within walking distance of the city's coffee scene, dining, and cultural drawcards. Coffee runs are easy with Moubar Vintage (350m), Yoko's Kitchen (600m), and The Black Crow (650m) all close by. Directly across the road, Panthers Bathurst offers dining, live sport, live music, and a rotating event calendar. For pub meals, The Oxford (110m) and The George Hotel (550m) are a short stroll away.

Several other walkable dining venues include Brock's (110m), B Town BBQ (110m), Bootleg Dining (600m), El Guapo Cantina (650m), and Church Bar (700m).
