Enjoy your Avalon vacation in a private 3-story townhouse with 5 bedrooms (including 2 with King beds and ensuites), 4 baths, multiple decks, backyard patio with gas fire pit, beautiful bay views and fully equipped kitchen. Property sleeps 14 (which includes 3 king size beds. 1 double over double bunkbed, and 2 pull out sofas.) ** Bed Linens and towels are not provided. We can recommend a service to rent linens & towels for your stay. 4 beach bikes are included in the rental upon request. Off street and plentiful parking on street. Walk or ride your bike to the beach or just head down the street (2 short blocks) to a public dock where you can relax, swim, raft, kayak or paddle board. When you want to get out to shop or eat--take a short stroll into town. Spend your evenings on one of 4 decks to take in the serenity of Avalon. 1st floor - bdr 1 with king bed, walk-in laudry room, bdr 2 with full over full bunkbeds and full size mattresses, full bathroom, 2nd floor - "great room" with large dining table and spacious deck with outdoor cooking on gas grill, bdr 3 (also set up as a den) with deck, full bathroom, 3rd floor - bdr 4 with king bedroom w/ private bathroom and deck, master bedroom with king, private bathroom and deck. New mattresses throughout.
**4 beach bikes with locks are included. Lights are on the bikes. Both can be requested prior to the rental.
