Cobbold & Co presents “Villa Iluka”, the beauty of Pittwater is on show from this classic and original pavilion style home that rolls from house to lawn to sand to water.

Sleeping up to 12 guests (14 upon request) in light filled rooms, the home is a brilliant space for more than one family or a larger group who like to enjoy the simplicity and space of a free flowing home. If you have a special event, we will consider upon request.

The beachfront location is a short walk along the beach or sidewalk to Palm Beach Village with famed restaurant Barrenjoey House, Palm Beach Food and Wine Co convenience store and also Palm Beach Ferry wharf to take you over to the Western shore and Patonga. If bringing a boat you are close to Palm Beach Marine where you can book a mooring for your stay.

Access to water sports including stand up paddle from your back door and a short drive to the 9 hole Palm Beach Golf Course followed by lunch or dinner at their fabulous restaurant are just a couple of the many things to do including a walk up to Barrenjoey Lighthouse to marvel the panoramic view with Pittwater and the beaches all the way to Manly. A short drive will see you on the golden sands of Palm Beach main beach and enjoy great coffee and food at Cafe 2108 at the south of the beach or The Joey at Sunset for a chilled glass of something and the world`s best fries!

If you choose to stay all day long in this idyllic location (as many choose to do), you’ll be there to enjoy sunset from your comfy deck chair or even the sofa inside and will pinch yourself to remind yourself you’re not dreaming.
