1bdr cottage located on unpaved road, it's a hidden gem, you become Boheme. 1/2 mile from the beach access at GULF PLACE, fenced in large lot. Great for your boat, trailer, kids, you will love the outdoor space. PETS are welcome with approval, and pet fee $100, extra pet $50. Queen bed and sleeper sofa. Full kitchen incl. fridge, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, glassware, everything you need for your stay away from home, except dishwasher and no icemaker. Bathroom has a tub, shower, towels, hair dryer, small water heater unit so save your water. 2 A/C split units that work like magic. Outside shed has your toys, wagon to get to the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, skim board, 2 bikes, cooler, surfboard, little pool... Charcoal GRILL. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, beaches, state park trails, outdoor music events... Biking is a great way to get around. Load up your wagon to the beach. Walk to the restaurants. Stay BOHEME!

Had a memorable stay in this cottage. it was a small place but organized well to get every amenity

House was small but nice. Just as advertised but i would never stay again. Neighbors were very unfriendly and seemed to be angry that we were there.

Their 1 week stay was very disrespectful. First, Lacey let her repair man stay there, he wasn't the one who made the reservation. He had 2 dogs instead of 1, unrecorded, unpaid. He left the door opened all days in 90 degree weather, AC blasting, so the dogs could go in and out. He used the neighbors rock driveway to turn around in his truck, yes they did not appreciated it, and put trash cans in the way, so it wouldn't keep happening. He trashed the place inside and out. We went out of our way, as we do with all of our guests, to make their stay comfortable. I was very close to ask the renter leave, but didn't want to put them out. So, 2 star review is not appreciated on my end, as we strive to make everyone happy. Thank you for acknowledging the house was nice. We would not entertain these guests again.

Wonderful

Delightful experience! Had everything we needed when traveling with pets especially the fenced in yard. The bikes were a huge bonus for easy access to and from the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and quiet property

Great for traveling with a dog-close to 30A and the beach is in walking distance. Property manager was s attentive and very available. All in all very comfortable and clean. Can’t say enough good things about this property!

Great stay at 30A

The property was exactly what I wanted. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and golf courses. The house and property were clean and had tons of charm. The fenced yard was roomy and worked great for my dog. Julia was an excellent and welcoming host.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. Our dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard. We had lots of fun sitting around the fire place. The location was great and having bikes available was ideal. The owner was very responsive and helpful with everything.

Cute, clean, attention to detail!

Cute clean cottage, a little off the beaten path, but still close to all things 30A!!! Julia was an awesome host!! Our Pup loved the fenced yard to run around. Small but worked well for us, and all the attention to detail inside was very welcoming.

Great Host and property

I have a dog so I chose this place because it is dog friendly and close to the beach. Loved the little house and the fenced in yard is great for dogs. They supply bikes and beach things there so it’s a quick few minute ride to the beach. The best host I’ve ever had for a short term rental. I will be back.

Birthday surprise

This is truly a hidden treasure. Close location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The bikes, cooler, sand chairs and umbrella made for an easy and fun beach set up. We also used the kiddie pool and loved the big shaded area over the deck. Julia was ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!

Fabulous place for those who love dogs or outdoor spaces!

Clean and tidy. So much packed into this place. Lighting indoors and out is warm and welcoming. Location near beaches and great spots to eat. Makes great use of the space. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. Host is friendly and available when needed. 5 ft. fence was high enough for our Collie. We'll stay here again!

Hidden Gem

Desperately needed some rest and relaxation, Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. So many different things to do, Beach, shopping & food choices,. Not even five minutes away. The host came and checked on us mid trip just to make sure. We had everything or needed anything The yard is so big if you have fur babies! She even left emergency vet pamphlet for us if needed the touch was just more than you get from the big resorts. Definitely going back in August. Outside fire pit. Loved my stay!!

Perfect tiny home

Although the home is small ot is one of the cleanest and has every household supply needed. The outdoor area is amazing with the large deck, furniture and lighting. The extra large fenced in lot was perfect for our small dogs to roam around. Plenty of beach chairs and boogy boards also to play at the beach. Oh I cannot forget that she has 2 new YOLO bikes for your use. We always rent bikes so this saved us $$! Julia was very welcoming and also checked in on us during some story weather. We will definitely come back!

Goldendoodle Retreat!

We wanted our puppy to have a vacation with freedom as well as safety, this yard provided this. It was perfect!!! The only issue we had, is that Florida requires dogs to have a special tag or permit for most of the beach. You must start this process a month or more before your anticipated stay. We were disappointed to have to leave our baby out of some fun stuff and she was sad to be left out. Knowing about the tag/permit would have made the vacation perfect. If your active and have pets, it’s a great place to stay to be active and stay with them.

My son is in special forces AF, and I have our 1 furry baby. I love to travel and feeling home away from home is always nice. I wish your stay to be carefree and the best experience.
