Walk to the mall, restaurants, and shops, then return to a calm, airy apartment with free parking, lift access, and everything you need for a memorable city escape.
Arrive via lift access and step straight into the heart of the apartment, where natural light pours through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. To the left, the main living area offers a comfortable place to relax, with air conditioning, generous seating, and uninterrupted city and ocean views. Glass doors open onto the main balcony, where outdoor seating and sun loungers invite you to unwind while taking in the ever-changing scenery.
The dining area sits beside the sleek, modern kitchenâan easy, functional space for shared meals or casual evenings in. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, while the dining table enjoys the same elevated outlook as the living space. Sliding doors nearby lead to a second balcony with a BBQ and outdoor dining area, ideal for alfresco meals with a view.
