You’ll have 2 full bathrooms, each featuring a tub/shower combo and single vanity—easy for families and groups. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and all essentials so you can settle in right away.

The kitchen is set up for real-life cooking and effortless mornings with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, plus a blender, waffle iron, pots/pans, and utensils. Unwind in the living room, or spread out in the separate den—a perfect second lounge space that doubles as sleeping space with the sleeper sofa. Stream favorites on the Smart TV with Roku, and enjoy the ease of high-speed internet throughout.

Parking: 2-car driveway plus street parking available. (Garage is not available for guest use.)

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $57 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $6 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
