Itâs ideally located within walking distance of cafĂ©s and bars, boutique shopping, nightlife, the Justice Precinct, Margaret Mahy Park along the Avon River, and the impressive new Te Kaha Stadium - perfect for work trips, events or a city escape.

This 1st floor open-plan one-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
If it's a music festival, concert, sports game, work trip or just a fun weekend away you will find everything you need with the best of both worlds; a vibrant city on your doorstep along with a quiet green space to enjoy.
One bedroom, with queen bed and comfortable mattress topper with high-quality lined.
King fold out sofa - this will be the comfiest sofa bed you will ever sleep on!
You'll be able to enjoy unlimited Wifi and Smart TV.
With 3 sliding doors to the wrap around balcony, enjoy a coffee in the morning sun or an evening drink as the sun goes down.
