Upstairs, a second living area offers a quiet retreat for reading, reflection or friendly board games.

The gourmet kitchen features sleek appliances, a generous island and a well-equipped butler’s pantry. Share meals indoors at the six-seater table or step out to the entertaining area, where an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining table set the scene for relaxed gatherings. Just beyond, the pool glimmers in the sunlight, offering a refreshing escape for a leisurely swim beneath the open sky.

Each bedroom is a private sanctuary. The ground-floor primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite with a bathtub, creating a calm space to unwind, while upstairs, two queen rooms pair soft finishes with natural light. Bathrooms echo the refined palette with double vanities and rain showers that bring a touch of spa serenity to daily routines.

Pick up gourmet supplies at Frewville Foodland or enjoy boutique shopping at Burnside Village, both just a few minutes away. Spend mornings exploring the Adelaide Park Lands, ideal for walking, cycling and picnics beneath the gums.

The pool is closed during the cooler months (April to October).

Please note: the BBQ must be cleaned and returned to the condition it was in upon your arrival. If not, an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged after check-out.
