Inside, a crackling fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunroom, a dedicated workspace, and on-site parking make every stay feel effortless. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, while outdoors, a sparkling pool, spa, firepit, and expansive deck with alfresco dining create peaceful moments after days spent exploring nearby wineries.
This rural escape captures the relaxed charm of country living, blending rustic touches, open spaces, and quiet comfort. The living room is designed for relaxation—curl up on plush sofas, browse the bookshelf and board games, or enjoy a film together after exploring nearby cellar doors. At the heart of the home, a long timber dining table gathers everyone around the wood fireplace for cosy meals and conversation.
The kitchen pairs vintage character with practicality, offering timber benchtops, a freestanding island, and all the essentials for home cooking, including a Nespresso machine for morning rituals. Off the dining area, a sunroom doubles as an entertainment nook, where kids can play while adults linger over a glass of wine.
Each bedroom offers a sense of calm: the primary blends a queen and king single in soft blue hues; the second, styled in warm red tones, features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace for remote work; and the third includes a queen bed that opens to leafy garden views. The living room also offers a double-sized sofa bed that can be prepared on request for an additional fee, providing flexibility for larger groups. Woolworths is a short walk away for everyday essentials, while a short drive opens the door to Mudgee’s famous wineries—The Cellar by Gilbert, Burrundulla Wines, Petersons Winery, and Pieter van Gent—perfect for slow afternoons of tasting, picnicking, and country exploration.
