Located on the 15th floor, Beach Club A-1503 is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo with beautiful Gulf views.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
From September 9th, 2025, to March 15th, 2026, the building will undergo a fall/winter project. Dates are subject to change.
• Construction noise daily from Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Dust may exist in work areas; custodial staff and Phoenix Coatings will maintain cleanliness as best as possible.
• Walkways and driving paths may be modified for safety. Swing stages will be used on all four sides of the building based on work areas.
• The far east side of the parking lot will be blocked for staging and material laydown.
Please find the latest construction progress update for the Avalon project. The items below are listed as currently in progress as of 3/17/26:
• Walkway ceiling painting – 90% completed.
• Walkway wall light installation – 90% completed.
• Northeast corner browning for stucco – 90% completed.
• Elevator tower waterproofing – 50% completed.
• Eastside cornice band removal and installation – 40% completed.
• East walls demolition – 40% completed and being prepared for framing.
• Northside mast climber towers – Currently being removed as work progresses.
• Elevator tower glass installation – Scheduled to begin Wednesday, March 18, 2026, starting on the 3rd floor.
Living Areas & Bedrooms:
• Balcony access is from both the living room and primary bedroom...perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation!
• Washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home; dining table seats six, plus four bar stools for additional seating
• Living room has a sofa sleeper for the extra guests.
• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.
• Second bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The third bedroom features two twin-size beds.
• Please note: The living room and the primary bedroom TVs are streaming only.
Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):
• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.
• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.
Clubhouse fee: $55/day/unit (up to $301 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.
Additional Features & Rules:
• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.
• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
