This is a private family home that we designed and built ourselves. We open it with trust and ask that guests treat it with the same care we put into preparing it for you.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available · just ask in advance

Minimum booking age is 25 years
Maximum 4 guests · all must be listed at time of booking
Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted

This is a family home in a quiet neighbourhood · gatherings and events of any kind are strictly not permitted
🚭 Smoke-Free Property
Smoking, vaping and cannabis are not permitted anywhere on or around the property
Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in a deep cleaning fee of $500+
🧹 Care & Cleanliness
The suite is professionally cleaned before every stay
Dishes washed · garbage bagged · belongings cleared before checkout
Damage to linens, furniture or any part of the suite will be billed accordingly
