A classic wooden feel lounge with an electric fireplace. 2 bathrooms (including 1 ensuite) and a separate toilet. Plenty of wardrobe space. Two walk-in wardrobes as well for "him and her."



Your private front deck is a lovely place to enjoy a wine and the amazing views of the blue skies and blue ocean.

With summer here, it is the ideal place for a relaxed getaway, so you can curl up with a good book and a glass of wine to watch the sun rise and go down.



We have lovely walking tracks and parks in the area.



There are also cafe's and some good local craft shops in the nearby Titirangi area as well as a short drive away in the Green Bay and Blockhouse Bay areas. A Woolworth's supermarket is just a few minutes' drive away.



We are on a hilly elevation right along the coast with no houses between us and the ocean below. This house enjoys privacy, and yet there are some great pubs in the area.

Blockhouse Bay is Western suburb and basically the hilly border that runs alongside the coast of Auckland, in northern New Zealand. It is 15 kilometers from the Auckland CBD on one side and the airport on the other.
