1st I called from road to see how late I could check in only to be told I didn't have reservation. Called VRBO wh handled right away. Check process is going to 1 office about 15 minutes away only to also check in on site also. At onsite check in front desk person gave me unit with wrong stay dates. Advised her of error only to be told it was write and she would contact main office. Get in unit and notice not one I booked online so again advised front desk that I was in right unit. Next day, we are 2 hour away from unit at baseball game when I get call from office saying we need to come back to unit and move because we are in wrong unit. Advised what had happened previous day, no concern given, just when can you get here to move, guest here to check in unit you are in. We reluctantly return to office to move only to be told they put other guest in our unit and now they both have to be cleaned before you can move in. Asked to speak with management about and/or to be compensated only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Asked to have management call me next day, no call the entire visit or since arriving home. We were not able to check into unit until close to 11 pm. Also some type of repairs were going on in unit above us for at least half the week that we were not informed about. No late sleep in for us LOL. The units were great but staff response and management are poor.
