Parents can relax on the terrace while kids play in the games room with pool table. Families can walk to the beach for a surf and coffee, or travel 5 minutes for golf, bike riding or bushwalking.

The basement level has off street parking for 2 cars. Alongside the entrance is a games room with 3/4 size pool table and a fully equipped laundry.

Move up to the 1st floor and you will find 4 king bedrooms, 3 with built ins. The master has a dual shower en-suite and there is another full sized bathroom with a large bath. Also on this level is a small rumpus and a desk with monitor. In 2 of the rooms, king beds can be split to configure as 4 long singles - A perfect set up for 2 families of 4 where you could have parents in a king room and kids sharing 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each.

Linen will be provided through a local linen service along with bath towels for your stay - included in the rate.

On the 2nd level you will find the living, dining and kitchen areas along with another powder room toilet. Outdoors there is a large front balcony with views over the forest to 7 Mile Beach and a back deck with outdoor kitchen and built in BBQ.

There is a small rear yard with lawn - all fenced in with a side gate.
