Stay overnight in the CBD in the comfort of this beautiful apartment. In the morning Walk to southern cross train station, Marvel, Skybuss, queen Victoria market,china town, MELBOURNE aquariums, southbank precinct, Crown, federation square ,RMIT, Melbourne university , Melbourne central and many more places. It’s also located within FREE tram Zones. For your convenience Coles ( supermarket ) is just across the road at Spencer street.
The Space:
Have the ENTIRE APARTMENT to your self without the big bucks of hotel stay. Our gorgeous apartment located just opposite southern cross train station, skybuss drop off from the Melbourne airport, and within city free tram zone area . It 's East facing apartment with plenty of natural light.
The apartment is located at a brand new building and it's such a cozy inner city apartment with modern facade and warm timber flooring interior. This is beautiful self contained apartment will be your your new home away from home.
The apartment is also completed with air conditioning and heating system. It's tick all the inner city living criteria from endless facilities such as swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna and bbq facilities in the communal garden area with the amazing view and the central convenience location. The most important of all is the apartment is cozy and very homey.
The apartment size is approximately 64 sqm with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The entire space is quite spacious for 2 ideal for 4.
Bedding and apartment arrangement would be
1 queen bed in the master bedroom
2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom
all complete with fluffy pillows and soft duvet.
Modern clean bathroom complete with your soft fluffy Towels.
A spacious open plan living area lead to your balcony that overview Melbourne city sky line.
In the living room there is a 43" smart TV with FREE netflix,
Kitchen area consist of Full equip Kitchen with modern appliances such as dishwasher, microwave and oven. There is an island bench that double up to a dining area fit for 4 guests.
You may cook and bake however please do it in timely manners and do not leave it unsupervised.
Complete Laundry area with washer/dryer , ironing board and iron.
Please no smoking inside the apartment and in all hallway or lobby of the building
This is a smoke sensitive building and smoking is strictly prohibited in common area. This can caused evacuation and fire engine to be called in. When this is happen you will be liable for the $7500 cost.

located in the middle of CBD, the apartment conveniently located across the road from Spencer street train station and spencer Outlet Retail stores, over 50 plus of your favourite well know retail shops and foodcourts with abundances of different cuisine.
For your necessities and grocery shopping COLES just located across the road or you can take 15 mins walk to QUEEN VICTORIA MARKET for fresh food options on the weekend.
Fast food restaurants such as burger edge, nandos, hungry jacks, McDonalds , and subway all located just within 150 m away and most of them open 24/7 .
The apartment is only walking distance to ETIHAD stadium, DOCKLANDS , CROWN entertainment precinct, Exhibition centre and FEDERATION SQUARE, Melbourne central shopping precinct.
We are lucky we Surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes in the most liveable city in the world.
Getting Around:
This apartment is located about 200 m from Southern cross station also skybus station to and from the Melbourne airport just across the road.
You can hail cabs from spencer st which is only 100 m away from the apartment.
Catch buses from the melbourne main bus station in the Lonsdale street located about 50 m away from the apartment.
Public transport in Melbourne is so accommodating and the location of this apartment is in the middle of it all.
Most importantly, all trams within the city are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
Other Things to Note:
We are only provide the amount of towels for guest stated in the booking. If you require more towels there is washing machine provided or guests can bring their own towels

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road on Spencer St at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$8 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours.
You will need to notify us to make up the bed otherwise the bed wont be made ( for sofa bed )
When you lose the a keyset you will be charge $150
Upon staying in the apartment all guest are responsible for their own belongings and the apartment content. We do not responsible for missing valuable items that are left behind. Also if guest damages the content or furniture in the apartment during your stay you will be liable for the repair cost or replacement cost.
EVICTION OF GUESTS maybe permitted by host when guests are noisy or if there is complaint from neighbours or building manager or when police is called to the apartment . When this happen guests will lose all deposit and the payment of the remaining stay won't be refunded.
If guest lock them self out of the apartment we might be able to help to open up the apartment with spare key. However we will charge you $100 for this incident or $150 overtime after 9 pm and on the weekend. Or if we are not available to help out. Guest will have to call locksmith at their own cost.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
