I feel the host fully stocked the house with plenty of supplies for a comfortable stay. My family and I especially enjoyed the fire pit. The mattresses in theaster bedroom and downstairs bedrooms could use updating. Overall we were highly satisfied and will book again.

EXCELLENT property! Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of room for our family of 6 adults, plenty of towels/kitchen supplies/laundry supplies, fun extras like board games and ping pong, excellent communication with the owner. This house is in a beautiful location overlooking the mountains. It’s very peaceful and quiet - about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay here again.

We keep coming back

This is the third year in a row we've stayed here. I think that says it all. We love the location. Quiet and yet close to town. Easy to get to. No winding steep roads. Two living rooms to separate the teens from the adults. An amazing view that we always enjoy with our morning coffee on the back deck. And this year we had a momma deer and 2 little ones that visited several times. A wonderful place to stay.

Amazing home and location!

This is a beautiful large home, well equipped, clean and was perfect location! Gorgeous view from the large deck. Each of us had plenty of our own space. From basketball to pingpong to corn hole. Plenty of fun to have with family. Plus sitting out on the deck talking and enjoying the view. Large Full equipped kitchen, was so much fun to cook in! Comfortable beds. Bathrooms very nice. Plenty of towels, (soap, shampoo if you need).We definitely would love to visit again in the future! I highly recommend this beautiful home. I call it a hidden jewel in the mountains!

Labor Day weekend getaway

The pictures for the property didn’t do it justice. We loved our stay. Beautiful deck to enjoy our morning coffee or have a beverage as twilight hits the mountains. Adam was a very attentive host and it had absolutely everything we needed for a long holiday weekend. We are already planning a future stay, and the house would be our absolute first choice.

Second stay at this great place

This is our second year in this house. We love it! With 2 living rooms, there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the towels are soft and fluffy. The internet was faster than last year, the TV bigger. Hopefully, we can come back another year.

Stunning Views and Privacy

The house is huge, clean, and quiet. There is ample space for all sorts of groups. There is basically a whole separate apartment on the ground floor. The main floor (upper grounds) is big enough that the 4 of us could each have alone time when we needed a minute. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well appointed and clean. Plenty of parking in the two driveway areas. The deck is big with plenty of seating and just an incredible mountain view. There were deer and turkey in the yard, and one night we could hear coyotes. This is a beautiful, clean, safe place to spend some time. Asheville is a quick trip down the highway.

Great Experience

When we travel we enjoy spending much of our time hanging around the property so having a comfortable well appointed property is important. Adam's house provided all the amenities necessary for making our stay very comfortable. When we did venture, out because of our location, many activities were near by. A pleasant experience

We used the house as a base for my family while involved with a family wedding. We didn’t make much use of the kitchen or games or even all the space. However, the house has a lot to offer and presents as advertised. Very clean and well outfitted.

We had a good stay at this property. Very long driveway. We had alittle trouble at first which house it was. TV had no basic cable. Kept losing signal for Roku. Otherwise very comfortable with great views.

Location! View! Comfort!

Visited with friends from Wisconsin who had never seen Asheville or the NC mountains. The location of the house was perfect for day trips in every direction. The weather was varied...nice enough for an evening campfire and then so cold one evening that we socialized around the fireplace. Spent hours everyday on the porch in early morning and evening to enjoy the peace and awesome view of the mountains. Had deer, wild turkeys, a fox, and an osprey among the wildlife in the yard and surrounding trees. The home is so large that we actually never even used the downstairs accomodations. Kitchen had everything you could need for utensils and dishes, with tons of closet and storage space. We will definitely return, probably with extended family with kids. This trip was just adults, but there was plenty for kids to enjoy. Highly recommend! Adam was super responsive and very helpful. Only suggestion is that he add some directions on how to get to the house in his info. We had to call him because gps misled us and we got taken on a bit of an adventure initially. Couldn't have a asked for a better location!

85th Birthday Celebration

The house was perfect for our Mom's 85th birthday celebration. Very clean house with plenty of space for the 5 of us. It was very easy for our Mom to get in & out of the house as well as getting around in the house (master on main, walk-in shower, etc). Adam was very helpful in making sure we knew all important aspects of the house (lighting fireplace, lighting, etc) as well as a wealth of information about Weaverville, Asheville, and the surrounding area. Great views and outdoor spaces which would have been used in better weather. Would definitely stay again!

Great Mountain Home!

Our experience with Adam’s property was great. We travelled with a large family and the home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms, two living spaces, and a beautiful deck make this home complete. Also included everything we needed in the kitchen as well as a basketball hoop, Fire Pit, and picnic table for family lunches. Will stay again!

Perfect for us

I agree with all of the other 5 star reviews. The house was large, comfortable and clean. The views and location were more beautiful than I was expecting. Weaverville was conveniently close, and Asheville an easy drive. Sunrises and sunsets are lovely here.
