Absolute waterfront beach house with fantastic deck and panoramic views overlooking the ocean, Inyadda Beach, headlands and bush. So cosy and relaxing, our renovated 1970s cottage is still the best value waterfront in Manyana.



We keep our rates lower by offering you the option to BYO linen. Or simply order linen at cost by making a note with your booking or contacting us directly.



Let yourself wind down and gaze at the ocean, sunrise and moonrise over the water. You can lie in bed and watch the surf from the main bedroom or the daybed! Watch for dolphins year-round and whales around May/June and November.



Swim, fish or walk along the many beaches. Surf legendary Green Island, Bendalong and Manyana beaches. Go to Lake Conjola or Washerwomans Beach at Bendalong for still water beaches. The nearest beach access to Inyadda Beach is only 100m away.



Free late checkout on Sundays – just ask if it is available! Manyana Beach Break sleeps up to 5 people but can accommodate a 6th person on the double daybed in loungeroom.



A well-equipped kitchen includes: Coffee machines (stovetop espresso, French press/plunger pot, drip filter machine with built in mesh filter); teapots and infusers; cast iron casserole pot; large baking dishes and baking trays; electric casserole and electric frypan; stick blender; Mum’s old fashioned food processor and bowl mixer, scales and cake tins. There is no room for a dishwasher, so tea towels are provided!



BBQ and outdoor: Weber BBQ; outdoor dining for 6 people; patio umbrella; sun lounges.



Entertainment and Free Wi-Fi: Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth sound system in the living area. Second TV (Free-to-air and DVD player) in Bedroom 2. A library of DVDs, books, cookbooks and games for a bit of fun.



Remember to bring: bed sheets and pillowslips, bath towels, bathmat and hand towels (unless you have ordered a complete linen package), beach towels, food and drinks, toiletries and sunscreen.



The Bendalong General Store and Café is open every day for: grocery items, bread/milk, fruit/veg , meat, bottle shop, homemade burgers, fish & chips, coffee, cakes, ATM, Aus Post, fuel, ice and bait. Check their website for opening hours and call to ask about pizza nights.



The Deli Cunjurong serves coffee and meals daily and offers frozen meals to reheat. Check out their website for the menu.



Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage.



Our unfenced cottage is not suitable for pets.



No parties, bucks/hens nights or weddings.



Manyana is just on a 3-hour drive from Canberra and Sydney. The area is well known for year- round activities like surfing, fishing, boating, bushwalking and off-road mountain biking.
