Welcome to The Lazy Tide, a relaxed and well-located coastal townhouse set directly across the road from the Parkies entrance to Park Beach. With minimal, fuss-free interiors and one of the best walk-to-everything locations in Coffs Harbour, this tidy beachside stay is ideal for families, couples, or guests visiting for sporting events, work trips or laid-back coastal getaways.



From the moment you arrive, the beach is right in front of you — quite literally.



THE SPACE

The entrance to the complex sis directly opposite the Park Beach access, setting the tone for easy coastal living. There’s a convenient seat and surfboard rack — perfect for surfers and beach lovers coming and going throughout the day.

Inside, the living area is light, comfortable and uncluttered, styled with a clean, natural palette. Two comfy lounges and a TV create a relaxed space to unwind, while a dedicated desk offers a practical work-from-home option if needed.

The dining area seats six, complemented by a kitchen bar for a causal glass of wine. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, featuring the all-important Nespresso coffee machine and air fryer — perfect for easy holiday meals.

A separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a downstairs powder room, adds excellent practicality — especially for longer stays or sporting trips.



Upstairs, all three bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged:

• The main bedroom features a king bed, TV and private ensuite

• Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed plus TV

• Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed

• A family bathroom upstairs includes both a shower and a bathtub



Outside, enjoy a small but inviting outdoor lounge area with a Weber BBQ, ideal for cooking your BBQ or enjoying a quiet drink after the beach.

In summer there are food markets at the Coffs Creek Park, and so many activities to do including whale watching when in season, and visiting Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary to name a few.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, garage parking for one vehicle, and all indoor and outdoor spaces.
