Two additional bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds — share a second full bathroom, making overnight visits from children or grandchildren easy and comfortable.

Dining options include: Ospreys: al fresco outdoor dining in a relaxed Florida atmosphere and The Leaf & Greenside: upscale indoor clubhouse dining with panoramic golf course views and lounge.
Standard: To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. The community has 30 day minimum number of days per lease
