Additional interior spaces include a dedicated office/work area, a separate reading or TV room, and a private gym, allowing for flexible use of space. Expansive windows provide abundant natural light and tranquil views of the surrounding property.
The home also includes a two-car garage and ample storage throughout.
Bell Villa is a golf cart-friendly community, offering easy neighborhood mobility. Residents also have access to the extensive amenities of Bonita Terra, a 55+ community, which include multiple swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, softball facilities, a golf driving range, fitness center, on-site bar and restaurant, and a variety of community classes and social events.
For your convenience, an electric 2-seat Club Car golf cart is available in the garage during your stay.
