Laundry is made easy with a washer and dryer in the unit, and an iron and ironing board are also available

Smoking and pets are not allowed, and we do not permit parties or events in the apartment. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and we request that you check out by 10 AM. Please note - The sofa bed is available on request.

Guest Access:

The apartment is accessible via a lift, although there is stairs from the carpark to the lift. The shower has a small step.

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
