The Space:
-This Studio was completed at the end of June 2020. This studio was designed by a local architect, Jonathan Soo.
- You will have a private apartment studio for your own.
- It’s located 2 miles fromCitrus College, Azusa Pacific University and 10 minutes fromCity of Hope.
- All appliances brand new in the unit.
- There’s a washer and dryer and we provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for our guest.
- Smart TV
- Coffee maker with Folgers Classic Roast and coffee creamer.
- There is a lock box as you enter the gate and there is a keyless entry smart lock
- One parking space in driveway, no street parking at night, only on weekends
- This unit is following VRBO enhanced cleaning recommendations due to COVID-19. That includes washing duvets covers, mattress protectors and blankets in between guest and sanitizing all surfaces, among other things.

Guest Access:
A four digital numerical code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Used this code to lock and unlock during your stay. You will receive a video of parking instructions and opening gate and main door unit.
