This isn’t a display home. It’s a quiet corner of the sky that feels intentionally lived-in. Sunlight pools across curved edges and warm textures. The kind of place where even the lamp seems to lean in to listen. It’s calm, light-filled, and thoughtfully styled—with soft textures, earthy tones, and views that shift beautifully throughout the day. Set within the new Queens Wharf precinct, this space is a soft-spoken antidote to city chaos. The world is just outside, wrapped in glass.
What You’ll Find Inside our place. A plush queen bedroom with soft linens and morning light. A cosy sofa bed for extra guests (or starfish naps with a view - Please note we would need you to select the right number of guests when you make the booking as there is an extra charge applies for the extra sofa bed) A sun-drenched living and dining area styled in rust, blush, and earthy tones. A sleek, fully equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking. A balcony where sunsets become rituals. Fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, ducted A\/C, and all the creature comforts. Outside Your Door. You’re in Queen’s Wharf — Brisbane’s new architectural landmark, right above the Star Casino. Cafés, fine dining, riverside strolls, art galleries, and shopping are all a stone’s throw away. South Bank, QPAC, and the Botanic Gardens? A breezy walk.
Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 of the Queen’s Wharf Residences, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas.
Please note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change due to maintenance, cleaning schedules, or private events.
While we do our best to ensure your stay includes full access, we can’t guarantee that all facilities will be available during your stay — though they usually are.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out
We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.
Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM
Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Sofa Bed Usage
We’re happy to offer a sofa bed for extra guests upon request to ensure your stay is comfortable and suits your needs.
How It Works:
• The sofa bed is available by request only. Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you would like it set up.
• There is a $55 per stay setup and linen fee, covering professional linen, towels, and the additional cleaning required after use.

Our apartment does not have a dedicated parking
We can offer on-site parking for guests, but:
Advance notice is required (at least 1 day before check-in).
Parking is subject to availability.

30 mins–1 hr: $30
1–2 hrs: $40
2–3 hrs: $50
