This apartment does not include on-site parking, but there are several nearby secure parking options. We’re happy to recommend options.
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and building facilities for the duration of their stay.
Guests receive 1 key and 1 access card by default.
A second set can be arranged with a refundable $250 security deposit (for lost-prevention and building safety purposes) which is refundable at the end of your stay.
Check-in is smooth and contactless, with full instructions provided prior to arrival.
We will be in contact through VRBO app if you ever need anything.

Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
✅ A designated outdoor smoking area is available. Marijuana use inside or around the property is strictly prohibited.
Fine: $300 plus cleaning and repair costs.
No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and
videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not
exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior
cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.
🎉 No Parties
This is a peaceful building. Parties, gatherings are not allowed.
Fine: $950 plus immediate eviction if rules are broken.
👥 Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Fine: $150 per unregistered guest per night
🐾 No Pets (Though We Love Them!)
As much as we adore animals, pets are not permitted in Queen Wharf Residence and its surroundings.
💸 Fine: $800 Council fine for unauthorised pets.
🔇 Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
By booking with us, you agree to follow these House Rules.
Fine: $200 for noise complaints or disturbances.

Please treat the space with care. Excessive mess, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
Fine: $300 + additional costs depending on severity.
🛏️ Mid-Stay Cleaning for Long Stays (14+ nights)
Optional mid-stay cleaning, fresh linen, and restocking are available upon request (additional charge applies).
⏰ Late Checkout
Check-out is strictly by the stated time.
Additional charges apply for late departures unless pre-approved.
🔑 Lost Key
Lost or unreturned keys within 24 hours of check out time will incur a replacement fee.
Fine: $350 for lost key + $150 for lost building access card
🚫 Breach of Rules
Failure to follow the above rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and additional charges may apply based on damages or non-compliance.

As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $20 is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $500. This does not include loss of keys. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Reporting an accidental damage won’t affect your stay. This waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items.
